Damage and Issues:
Please check the product immediately upon receiving your order. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
: Certain product types, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (special order items, personalized goods), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.), cannot be returned. Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
The fastest way to receive the product you wish to exchange
is to return the received item and purchase the corresponding item again once the return is accepted.

, if the goods have been shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, regardless of the reason or lack of a reasonable cause. Refund:
